The Kentucky Coalition for Person Centered Care is a recently established organization consisting of a group of stakeholders interested in pursuing the implementation and progression of Person Centered Care throughout the long term care profession for all Kentuckians.

Person Centered Care is about finding a decent and kind way to serve older adults that makes their lives and the lives of their caregivers more meaningful.
